I have capacity to engage diverse populations, including developmentally disordered and high risk children, adolescents, and adults. Throughout the years of clinical practice with specialization in affective disorders and behavioral problems, I have developed special clinical interest in care for pediatric patients with an array of medical conditions/chronic illnesses. Interventions used are appropriate in facilitating psychosocial adaptation to chronic conditions, managing pain and symptoms, enhancing compliance with prescribed treatments. I am also implementing applications in providing non-organic treatments, including brief psychotherapy, cognitive-behavioral techniques for pediatric and adolescent problems, with the special interest in application of Cognitive Hypnotherapy which combines application of cognitive therapy and hypnotherapy into a unified approach to psychotherapy.
